    Vegan Gourmet Pupusas

    Have you ever tried Pupusas? They're this delicious traditional Salvadoran dish that consists on a thick corn tortilla stuffed with a savory filling.

    Seriously though, we love it when we find a way to veganize or "Superfood" amazing exotic food recipes like these, don't you? We also love it when we meet people who share our passion for health and cooking, and we can collaborate with them!

    We came up with this Vegan-gourmet Wheatgrass Pupusas recipe we'd like to share with you. Give them a try, you won't regret it!


    Ingredients:

    🍅 Corn flour
    🍅 1 tbs of Sun Pyramid Health's wheatgrass powder
    🍅 Sautéed kale and garlic
    🍅 Caramelized onions
    🍅 Tomato slices (for Pico de gallo)
    🍅 Red onions

    Instructions:

    🍅 Use the corn flour & water for the dough (make sure it has a "play doh" like consistency)
    🍅 Add the wheatgrass and mix with your hands
    🍅 Form balls with the dough and using your thumb make a whole and shape it into small cup
    🍅 Fill your dough cups with the kale, onions, and beans
    🍅 Seal and cook each side for five minutes on a griddle
    🍅 Serve with pico de gallo or cabbage salad.

    Unicorn Smoothie with Nice Cream

    The unicorn trend is everywhere nowadays. In our clothes, hair, accessories and now even in our food! We didn't want to fall behind that's why we brought this delicious and easy recipe for you to try. It is vegan of course and extremely healthy. As always this smoothie is very easy to make, filled with vitamins and nutrients and super yummy. 

     

    Ingredients: 

    🌱1/2 Dragon fruit.
    🌱2 Frozen bananas.

    🌱2 Tbsp Sun Pyramid's Chia Seeds.
    🌱1/2 cup coconut milk.
    🌱1 tsp Xylitol.

    🌱2 frozen bananas.
    🌱1 tsp Sun Pyramid's Wheatgrass Powder
    🌱1/4 Tsp blue majik.

    Blend each layer separately. Let chia seeds sit in milk overnight in the refrigerator.

    Topped with hemp seed hearts for a little crunch

    Wheatgrass Oats with Vanilla Chia Pudding

    Overnight oats and chia pudding are both amazing breakfast options. They are very popular in the vegan cuisine because of how easy to make and delicious these are. This recipe is the combination of these two amazing inventions, merged into one. With these wheatgrass oats with chia pudding, you will get your daily intake of vitamin a, c and e along with a number of other nutrients contained in the wheatgrass powder. This recipe is also packed with chia seeds which mean you’ll get fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.

    Ingredients

    🍌½ cup Rolled oats
    🍌2 cup of Almond Milk
    🍌Vanilla extract
    🍌Maple syrup
    🍌1 Tbsp Chia Seeds from Sun Pyramid Health
    🍌1 Tsp Sun Pyramid Health’s Wheatgrass Powder

    Chia pudding: Sun Pyramid Health’s Chia seeds, flax milk, vanilla extract & xylitol

    Instructions:

    • For the Wheatgrass Oats mix, the rolled oats with the wheatgrass powder add 1 cup of almond milk and stir.
    • For the chia pudding mix, Sun Pyramid Health’s Chia seeds, flax milk, vanilla extract & xylitol.
    • Prepare each layer to taste, refrigerate overnight, serve and enjoy!
