    Protein Packed Mini Smoothies

    A vitamin-packed smoothie is a great way to start the day it also works great as the perfect afternoon booster, for when you need some energy to finish the day. Smoothies are also very fun and easy to make, the sky’s the limit when it comes to smoothies combinations.

    This is why we brought you 3 delicious combinations to choose from! Which one would you choose? Passionfruit, Strawberry or Blueberry! Never mind, take all three! Craving something sweet? Reach for a mini smoothie. More nutritious as well as delicious! Choose plant-source, choose living superfoods....results....new energy...your body will thank you

    Ingredients:


    From left to right:

    🌱Passion fruit, frozen banana, blue spirulina, almond milk, passionfruit, superfood powder from Sun Pyramid Health, collagen.

    🌱Frozen strawberries, frozen dragon fruit, frozen banana, almond milk, Superfood powder from Sun Pyramid Health, Maca powder, Ashwagandha powder, flax oil blend 

    🌱Frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk and protein powder from powder from Sun Pyramid Health!

    As always just mix the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth!

    Unicorn Smoothie with Nice Cream

    The unicorn trend is everywhere nowadays. In our clothes, hair, accessories and now even in our food! We didn't want to fall behind that's why we brought this delicious and easy recipe for you to try. It is vegan of course and extremely healthy. As always this smoothie is very easy to make, filled with vitamins and nutrients and super yummy. 

     

    Ingredients: 

    🌱1/2 Dragon fruit.
    🌱2 Frozen bananas.

    🌱2 Tbsp Sun Pyramid's Chia Seeds.
    🌱1/2 cup coconut milk.
    🌱1 tsp Xylitol.

    🌱2 frozen bananas.
    🌱1 tsp Sun Pyramid's Wheatgrass Powder
    🌱1/4 Tsp blue majik.

    Blend each layer separately. Let chia seeds sit in milk overnight in the refrigerator.

    Topped with hemp seed hearts for a little crunch

    Raw Vegan Wheatgrass Mini Cheesecakes

    Raw Vegan Wheatgrass Mini Cheesecakes

    The title pretty much says everything so you already know all of the amazingness that comes with this awesome recipe. It's raw, vegan and it has not one but two superfoods in it! What more do you need? Oh… and did I mention this is a dessert?  With just one of these powerful cheesecakes, you will get energy from the cocoa beans and lots of vitamins from the wheatgrass. GREAT! It is super easy to make too, just follow the instructions below.


    Ingredients for the crust:

    🌱½ cup almonds.
    🌱1 Tbsp Sun Pyramid Health Cocoa Beans
    🌱1 tsp coconut butter.
    🌱2 dates
    🌱¼ Tsp vanilla extract.
    🌱Pinch salt.
    🌱2 tsp coconut oil, melted.


    Ingredients for the filling:

    🌱1½ cups cashews, soaked for at least 3 hours or overnight.
    🌱½ cup almond milk.
    🌱4 - 5 tsp lime juice.
    🌱¼ Tsp vanilla extract.
    🌱2 Tbsp maple syrup.
    🌱1 Tbsp nutritional yeast.
    🌱1 tsp Sun Pyramid Health Wheatgrass Powder 
    🌱2 tsp coconut oil, liquid.
    🌱Pinch of salt.

     

    Instructions: 

    • In a food processor pulse the almonds until partially broken.
    • Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is sticky, but still crumbled. Press into molds, and form an even layer. Best to use fingers. 
    • Place in the freezer for 30 min or until it firms up.
    • To prepare the cream filling, first, rinse and drain the cashews.
    • Blend all ingredients together, (except coconut oil) in a high-speed blender until nice and smooth.
    • Add the coconut oil liquid, and blend again at slow speed for just a few seconds until incorporated. 
    • Pour cream over the base. Garnish with berries.
    • Place the mini cakes in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

    30 min before serving remove the cheesecakes from the mold and place in the refrigerator.
