    Tofu Raspberry Nice Cream

    What better way to be nice to yourself that with nice cream? Nice cream is like ice cream but contains only healthy ingredients and it can actually be enjoyed without guilt.

    Why Tofu? Silken Tofu makes the nice cream creamier it has a softer, more custard like texture than regular tofu so it works perfectly for ice cream.

    This is a really protein-packed meal, and it’s full of vitamins and minerals thanks to the fruit and healthy toppings.


    🍓 1 cup frozen raspberries

    🍓 2 frozen bananas

    🍓 1-2 tbsp soy milk

    🍓 ½ block of silken tofu (170 grams)

    🍓 1 scoop of Sun Pyramid Health Protein Powder

    🍓 1 tbsp of Sun Pyramid Health Hemp Seeds

    🍓 Garnish with granola, cherries, and bananas



    🍓 Thaw the fruit and berries for 10 minutes (this makes the mixing a lot easier).

    🍓 Add all the ingredients into a food processor (or high-speed blender) and pulse. After 10 pulses or so you should be able to switch to the highest setting and then blend until smooth. Do not overmix! Use the non-dairy milk to adjust the consistency.

    🍓 Add to a serving bowl and garnish with granola, cherries, and bananas!

    Unicorn Smoothie with Nice Cream

    The unicorn trend is everywhere nowadays. In our clothes, hair, accessories and now even in our food! We didn't want to fall behind that's why we brought this delicious and easy recipe for you to try. It is vegan of course and extremely healthy. As always this smoothie is very easy to make, filled with vitamins and nutrients and super yummy. 



    🌱1/2 Dragon fruit.
    🌱2 Frozen bananas.

    🌱2 Tbsp Sun Pyramid's Chia Seeds.
    🌱1/2 cup coconut milk.
    🌱1 tsp Xylitol.

    🌱2 frozen bananas.
    🌱1 tsp Sun Pyramid's Wheatgrass Powder
    🌱1/4 Tsp blue majik.

    Blend each layer separately. Let chia seeds sit in milk overnight in the refrigerator.

    Topped with hemp seed hearts for a little crunch
