October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're seeing pink everywhere. Research has shown that eating fruits and veggies has been associated with a lower breast cancer risk, thanks to their high content of carotenoids, anthocyanins, antioxidants, phenolic compounds, and other nutrients. It has been shown that a good diet that strengthens your immune system can prevent breast cancer or any other type of cancer.
